On 2025-06-12 between 19:50 and 22:15 CEST Tink experienced a technical issue which impacted Income Check and Expense Check products in all markets. The impacted products are used for Risk decisioning and customers were not able to generate Risk reports.
The root cause of the incident was an unexpected outage within our Cloud provider who supplies the infrastructure for the affected products.
Once the 3rd party Vendor resolved the issues on their side, Tink affected products were immediately recovered to normal state.
